Flesh & BunsWhat food is served at an omakase?

Unlike traditional dining where patrons choose their dishes, omakase allows the chef to take the reins. This culinary adventure fosters a unique bond between the chef and the diner, creating a sense of anticipation and surprise with each course. It’s a celebration of the chef’s skills, highlighting their ability to create a harmonious progression of flavours.

Drinks to accompany your omakase experience

Pairing the right drinks with omakase is crucial to enhance the overall dining experience. there are a number of drinks we’d recommend such as sake, which offers a delicate flavour which harmonises with various omakase dishes. Or perhaps a light white wine which will pair beautifully with our seafood and vegetable-based dishes.

For a non-alcoholic option, green tea is an excellent choice. Its clean and refreshing qualities can cleanse the palate between courses, allowing you to fully appreciate each flavour.
