For £50 per person you can enjoy nine dishes from across the Flesh & Buns menu – all rounded off with our famous toast-your own s’mores.
THE DISHES
Your Japanese dining experience starts with our unique twist on the Chips & Dips—crispy rice crackers paired with creamy avocado shiso and a zingy tomato salsa dip.
They are served alongside the classic Salmon & Avocado Roll, joined by a refreshing Ceviche with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and canchita.
For the last part of our small plates, you will be served a Flesh & Buns favourite, Korean Fried Wings served with Tenderstem Broccoli and crispy fried squid.
After the appetizers, it’s time for the main stars of the show: Crispy Duck Legs and Crispy Piglet Belly.
Exhibiting the best of the Flesh & Buns section of the menu, these two dishes are perennial hits with our customers.
These will be served with bao buns so you can curate your own culinary experience.
Our Crispy Duck Legs are a melt-in-your-mouth experience paired with plum sauce, beetroot pickle, and cucumber pickle. Paired with the bun is an exciting blend of tender meat and soft bun.
The Crispy Piglet Belly brings a richer taste, and paired with mustard miso sauce, an apple pickle, and a carrot pickle creates a rich, sticky bun that guests love!
Your culinary journey will end on a sweet note as you toast your s’mores over a tabletop fire. The strawberry marshmallows, almond chocolate, and graham crackers s’more is an indulgent treat that will leave you with a sweet, lingering memory of your culinary journey.
