THE DISHES
Your Japanese dining experience starts with our unique twist on the Chips & Dips, Edamame.
They are served alongside the classic spicy tuna maki, joined by a refreshing seared wagyu, Fried squid, grilled smashed cucumber, piglet yaki and beef potato chips.
After the small dishes, it’s time for the main stars of the show: Braised Toban Djan Lamb, Salmon Teriyaki and Confit shredded Duck Leg.
These will be served with bao buns so you can curate your own culinary experience.
Our Duck Legs are a melt-in-your-mouth experience paired with Ume sauce & beetroot pickle. Paired with the bun is an exciting blend of tender meat and soft bun.
